Thank you for donating an item to the 2025 Festival of Trees! A few helpful tips for completing the form:

1) Have fun when creating your item name-it will be printed on the physical placard and viewable online. 

2) Describe your item in great detail as this will be visible online and should anything need to be changed, please contact us. 

3) If you are donating in Memory of an individual, please enter the name exactly how you wish to see it on the physcial placard and online.
